I’m Jacobo Guajardo, an industrial real estate broker based in Guadalajara, Mexico. I work where business growth meets real assets: land, buildings, and the people behind the deals.

- Industrial real estate brokerage: site selection, capital markets, leasing, and acquisition operations as well as build-to-suit projects
- Business brokerage: helping owners think through transitions, buyers, and deal structure
- Network business facilitation: connecting the right operators, investors, developers, and tenants—fast and clean
I work jointly with CITIUS AG, a widely respected industrial real estate firm in Mexico. Most of my work lives around the Guadalajara Metro Area, especially El Salto and Tlajomulco, although I also hold a lot of activity and deals all over Mexico.
